Exercises to Remove Cellulite – Proven to Give You Sexy Dimple Free Thighs and a Tight Butt

Women all over the world, of all ages and shapes, even skinny ones have struggled with cellulite and they will continue to do so. But YOU don’t have to be one of those women any longer! If you follow the exercises mentioned below you will soon be cellulite free. So read on and take ACTION. These are very effective exercises to remove cellulite, no need to spend hours doing them either, it will only take a little bit of your time.

Here are 2 of my favorite exercises to remove cellulite:

  • Dumbbell Squats: Stand holding dumbbells at your side. Make sure your feet are slightly wider than your shoulders, abs contracted. Now lower your body as if you are about to sit down until your knees are almost bent to 90 degrees. Return to starting position and repeat.
  • One-Legged Bench Lunges: Stand a few feet in front of a bench, with the toes of your left foot on the bench. Lower your left knee until your right thigh is parallel to the floor. Check that your right knee stays behind your toes as you lower. Release and repeat. You may chose to hold dumbbells for this exercise.

You can do both of those exercises to remove cellulite in under 25 minutes. Do 10-12 reps for each one, 2-3 sets for each. Make an exercise routine and try your best to stick to it. Also do some cardiovascular exercises such as jogging. Don’t forget to stretch before and after your exercises!
