How to Get Rid of Cellulite on the Back of Thighs



I’ve only just notice cellulite on my bum and thighs. I’m not overweight, and my diet hasn’t change, but suddenly I’ve got cellulite. What do I do?

Cellulite is a secondary sex characteristic and is completely normal! Cellulite is a result of how women store fat once they reach maturity and into their later years. It doesn’t really go away, as it is the result of your body processing and storing fat in a way that distorts the skin slightly. You can reduce its appearance by maintaining a healthy diet, toning the muscle in the areas that you have noticed cellulite, or even drinking more water. Cellulite can also be made more noticeable by a change in hormones, so its best to talk to your doctor about what might be the main cause and making a plan from there.
